"I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Caroline Cheek-Hill and her entire team.When I first came in, my case was extremely complicated. Dr. Cheek-Hill told me it was one of the toughest orthodontic cases she had seen. My lower jaw had grown ahead of the upper jaw, I had significant crowding in both arches, blocked-out lateral teeth, a narrow upper arch, crossbite issues, and even a missing tooth creating space challenges. It was not a simple situation by any means.What stood out immediately was Dr. Cheek-Hill’s patience, kindness, and willingness to take the time to carefully plan the treatment. She never rushed decisions and always explained what was happening and why. The original treatment plan was expected to take about two years, but because some of my teeth were extremely stubborn and didn’t want to move, the process ultimately took closer to three years. Throughout that time, she remained encouraging, thoughtful, and committed to getting the best possible result rather than cutting corners.For the complexity of the case and the length of treatment, the price was very reasonable.Another thing that really made the experience special was the staff. Every single person working there was consistently friendly, welcoming, and professional. I never once had a negative interaction with anyone in the office. After so many visits over the years, the place honestly started to feel like a second home.And most importantly, the results were fantastic. Considering how complex my starting point was, the transformation is remarkable and I’m extremely happy with how everything turned out.If you’re looking for an orthodontist who is not only extremely skilled but also genuinely kind and patient, Dr. Caroline Cheek-Hill is the one. "We have loved our experience with Cheek Hill and have consistently received better and better service over the course of our children’s treatment. As a working parent with three children in braces - they make it easy from scheduling appts via text and sending video messages with progress notes when I couldn’t attend in person. The waiting room is comfortable and staff is extremely friendly. Most importantly, what Dr Cheek was able to accomplish - while working around bite issues, impacted, missing and ankylosis teeth - was truly incredible! She had a true vision and worked with us through a multi-stage years-long plan collaborating with our oral surgeon and family dentist to deliver excellent results."

"I had a very mediocre experience with my prior provider and wasn’t sure what to expect transferring my care to Cheek-Hill— but the ladies at the office blew it out of the water. The front desk staff was so kind and pleasant. The hygienist who did my intake was very personable and sweet. She took her time to make sure I was comfortable and explained every step of the process. The orthodontist I saw was very transparent, knowledgeable, and informative. And last but certainly not least, the scheduler/biller(?) was amazing. She worked with my crazy schedule to find a time that works for me, and made sure that I fully understood what costs I would incur regarding my treatment. Dr. Cheek-Hill has been very complementary and that does a lot to boost a 12/13 year old's confidence. The office is clean, bright and laid-out well. Appointment times were usually during school for us but we never had a problem getting in and were always accommodated if there was an issue (ex. loose retainer from wearing it frequently and properly). "I greatly respect and admire Dr. Cheek-Hill. Not only is she a brilliant doctor, with impeccable credentials but she is a fantastic person as well. She genuinely cares about each of her patients, and it shows. My daughter had a very complicated orthodontic case. In addition to braces, she required major surgery at UNC hospital to correct malformations in both of her jaw bones. Dr. Cheek-Hill was invaluable during this process. She coordinated treatment seamlessly with the surgeon and constantly monitored my daughter to make sure her treatment was on schedule. I will never forget how caring and kind Dr. Cheek-Hill and her staff were to my daughter. Dr. Cheek-Hill was always upbeat, encouraging and such a pleasure to see during the appointments. "I met Dr. Cheek-Hill for an evaluation in January 2016. I was 66 years old at that time and anxious about braces. She was very thorough about the process. She provided all options that would work for my dental issues. She kept me apprised of any changes and communicated with my dentist. Compliance with my dental hygiene was very important. My anxiety level decreased significantly once I knew what to expect. The staff was terrific and very professional. I had my braces about 2 years. The end result is wonderful. I have a new smile and I love it. I highly recommend Dr. Cheek-Hill as your orthodontist."
